Return/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange or return it for a refund. (Excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days after you receive your products.
Cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. If your order is under free shipping, a $18 handling fees will be deducted.

All return products must be in original packaging, new, unworn condition. And must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manual and accessories. No links to be taken out of the band.
ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
We do not provide a shipping label for you to return the product if you simply change your mind.
When you receive your purchase and notice any damages or discrepancies, or if the item is not what you ordered, please contact ozdesignerswatch.com within 7 BUSINESS DAYS with receipt of your shipment to make necessary corrections.
